Conclusion

When completed, the oral history interview you create will document historical information that has never been written down. In this way, the picture we have of an event or time in history becomes just a little bit clearer or can even lead you into new understanding about that time.

An oral history interview can be conducted with anyone. Only they can can tell the events of their time through their own perspective. It is a great technique to learn more about your own family history or other periods of history in which you are interested.
